Shipping & turnaround

Every order is produced to order and blind-shipped from our U.S. print center — your brand on the label, never ours.

Turnaround

We print and ship most orders the same day — place an order before 2pm ET and it goes out that day from our US print center. Transit time is additional.

White-label packaging

The package sender name is your brand. The full return address is our US print center. We never include FomaPrint branding or pricing.

Tracking

Carrier labels and tracking numbers are generated via ShipStation and returned to you with the order.

Production faults: our fault, our fix

If we misprint, mis-engrave or produce the wrong item, we remake and reship it to your customer free — report it within 30 days with a photo, no physical return needed. Transit loss or damage is a carrier claim; full policy in our Terms.
